- Night to Unite questions:
- Homeowner had wondered why it wasn’t done this year.
- Rental concern:
- The same homeowner from #3 mentioned a rental near her that had an unkempt yard. I referred her complaint to Cities Management.
- Meadow Grass entry sign letters repaired by Cities. Need pine tree replaced still.
- Homeowner comments:
- Katie – reference to neighboring property: concerns about rental, dumpsters (9), husband has been emailing board and city, found nails in cul-de-sac, road was obstructed by rocks – city responded and they addressed contractor, who then confronted her husband. Police told her to address concerns with the homeowners association, then code enforcement. What does she do?
- We advised Katie that we do not enforce city ordinances. Threats involving their safety should be directed to 911.
- We advised her that we have been in contact with the associations attorney and will act within our authority to address her concerns while also respecting the other homeowners rights.
